That’s what Jack Harrison has revealed Paul Pogba was in awe of Leeds United’s home support as Manchester United traveled to Elland Road earlier this season.

The arch-rivals met in February in a vibrant match, which ended 4-2 in favor of the away team, thanks to goals from Harry Maguire, Bruno Fernandes, Fred and Anthony Elanga.

As expected, the mood at Elland Road was fierce in what was Leeds’ first home game against United with fans present since 2011.

‘Every week [the fans] are fantastic, ‘Harrison told The Times ahead of Leeds’ Premier League match against Manchester City on Saturday

‘They are super loud at home and travel too, we always have so many fans traveling, it’s incredible to have that fanbase.

“Against Man United at home this year, Paul Pogba looked at me and looked around and said, ‘Wow, that’s incredible! Is that so for every game ?! “

“I said, ‘No, this is a special occasion, just for you!’

Harrison, 25, is used to the fact that the Elland Road theaters have played 160 times for Leeds since he first moved to the Yorkshire side in 2018, which helped the club’s long-awaited return to the top lane in progress.

He added: ‘Most of the time it is positive. If we’re locked in a goal, it’s: “Come on, Jack, keep going, keep your head up.”

‘When things go well, they are so supportive and passionate. When things go awry, they will also tell you about it because of how passionate they are. That bond with the fans is unbreakable. ‘

The winger will once again hope that his supporters can help them in Saturday’s crucial match against Man City, Harrison’s former team.

There is plenty to play for at both ends of the table, with City leading the title race, but only one point ahead of Liverpool, while Leeds are only five points ahead of the relegation line.
