Here’s a look at Iraq’s list of “most wanted” refugees.

April 11, 2003 – At a press conference told the army. General Vincent Brooks announces that U.S. troops in Iraq will begin receiving a list of the 55 “most wanted” Iraqis. To accompany the list, the soldiers are also given a set of playing cards representing the fugitives.
