As the old saying goes, the chickens finally come home to rest. The revelation that a close business associate of Hunter Biden gained access to Obama-Biden’s White House on nearly 20 occasions is the latest shoe to fall into a Pulitzer Prize-winning story of power and corruption that is becoming known as “Biden , Inc. ”
This new revelation is part of the shady operation that the mainstream media ignored for years to cover for Joe Biden – now taking off at the worst possible time for the president.
It’s a textbook case about the Washington Swamp, at its worst, and how the politically connected money goes to family members who are elected to senior office year after year. And it’s high time the Biden White House finally started answering questions.
PSAKI AGAIN AVOIDS QUESTION ABOUT IF HUNTER BIDEN’S BUSINESS PARTNERS HAD SPECIAL ACCESS TO THE WHITE HOUSE
Richard Nixon answered questions about Watergate. Ronald Reagan answered questions about Iran-Contra. Bill and Hillary Clinton answered questions about Whitewater. Donald Trump answered more questions than any president ever on any conceivable topic. So why does Joe Biden continue to receive treatment with children’s gloves?
The White House Press Corps must make life difficult for this White House on the issue of alleged Biden family corruption, because it’s their job to do so, period.
The days when the arrogant press secretary Jen Psaki was released by his friends in the liberal media must come to an end. This is a serious matter which must be dealt with in a prior and transparent manner.
Attorney General Merrick Garland should start by getting his departmental investigation of Hunter Biden out of the hands of President Biden and his political accomplices in the Western Wing.
It’s a good talk, but it does not matter that the U.S. lawyer in Delaware who is conducting the investigation is a Trump nominee; What matters is that the Biden Justice Department cannot be trusted to oversee an investigation into a member of the president’s family – or potentially the president himself. It is a crystal clear conflict of interest and is the very reason why the statute on special lawyers exists in the first place.

Appointing an independent specialist adviser in this case is simply the right thing to do. Refusing to do so is part of the reason why as many as 56 percent of the American people “do not trust much or at all in government” to do what is right according to recent survey data.

Furthermore, Republicans in the House should put pressure on the Democratic-controlled Congress to start asking questions about Hunter Biden now – otherwise it will make the tsunami coming their way in November so much worse.
Never before has a party in control of Congress been allowed to ignore a story of this magnitude. Hunter’s international business relations with China, Russia and Ukraine alone are enough to make even a casual observer wonder if President Biden has been compromised.

Many believe that the Biden family’s economic ties to our opponents are a threat to US national security, and that it is long overdue for Congress to fulfill its constitutional oversight obligation – regardless of who is in the majority.
The Pelosi-controlled House of Representatives can certainly handle more than just the January 6 committee’s nonstop harassment of former President Trump.
If only the biased media had done its job with the Biden family’s corruption history from the start.
Appointing an independent specialist adviser in this case is simply the right thing to do.
If only Big Tech had not censored the story of Hunter’s laptop for so long. If only the Trump-hating Washington establishment had not mistakenly stamped it Russia’s disinformation.

If this story had been investigated then, what has been revealed this week, and what lies ahead in the coming weeks, would have come out a long time ago; and it would not jeopardize Biden’s presidency. The cover-up is almost always worse than the crime – and much more politically costly.
In August 1974, President Richard Nixon resigned from the presidency because he realized he would be sued by Parliament and convicted by the Senate.

Fast forward to 2022. Corruption in the Biden family makes Watergate look like a parking lot. And let’s face reality; it only gets worse when Republicans take back the majority in Congress and start exercising their subpoena and deposition authority.
Joe Biden should consider following in Tricky Dick’s footsteps – it could also save the Democratic Party in the process.
