This is a way to advertise yourself on the big stage – New York Mets prospect Luis Guillorme showed off his extremely cool but unique catching ability as a stray bat hurried towards his side’s dugout.

Dillian Whyte says the Tyson Fury knockout was an “illegal” push and requires rematch

The 22-year-old is not yet a big name in Major League Baseball, though he has been tipped for big things, and this video shows very clearly why.

When the Miami Marlins’ Adeiny Hechavarria lost control of his bat after a shot, members of the opposing team ran into cover as it flew towards them on the sideline.

Guillorme, however, was not phased when he accidentally picked the bat out of the air with one hand and threw it back. Nothing special.

MLB.com’s scouting report states that Guillorme has ‘the best hands and actions in the system’, but they probably did not talk about handling anything other than a ball.

Goats, son!
