KARDASHIAN Host Jordyn Woods has sparked concern after sharing a video of her diet and exercise regimen.

Fans claimed she was “not eating” as they were shocked by the star’s small portions.

On Instagram, Jordyn shared a 40-second video of what she eats “on an ideal day.”

The 24-year-old appeared to be wearing a waistcoat as she prepared her breakfast, consisting of oatmeal and strawberries.

On her first attempt, the oatmeal exploded in the microwave.

In the caption, she added that she does not eat breakfast every day, but that she is “trying to get better”.

She then ate some pomegranate seeds before going to the gym.

After a treadmill workout, she made a Huel shake as a substitute for the meal for lunch.

For her dinner, she showcased a small portion of her “go-to” salmon with a small bed of cereal, vegetables and lettuce leaves.

Fans took to the comments to express their shock at how little food the video showed.

One remarked, “Damn, you’re just starving yourself.”

“I would literally be so hungry,” said another.

A third told the star: “Unfortunately you have to eat more to lose weight … it was not even 1200 calories. You can just as well juice for the whole day.”

‘BIG DEAL’

Jordyn is currently dating Minnesota Timberwolves star, 26-year-old Karl-Anthony Towns.

She recently posted photos on Instagram of herself at the farm while cheering on her boyfriend.

In the caption, she boasted that she is a “big deal” when she flashed with her neon green Louis Vuitton bag worth $ 5,000.

The bragging came after the Socialist boasted about its new $ 150,000 Porsche, identical to the one her arch-enemy Khloe Kardashian bought in 2019.

REASON FOR CONTROVERSION

Jordyn – who was Kylie Jenner’s best friend – has been arguing with the family ever since the infamous “make out” scandal.

Jordyn created great controversy after she was caught in “kissing” Khloe’s then boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, to a party in 2019.

When Kylie threw Jordyn out of her house, the family removed her as a model from their various brands and interrupted the joint makeup project between her and Kylie.
