Stocks in News: Domestic equity benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex finished a highly volatile session around 1.5 per cent lower each amid a broad-based sell-off on Tuesday. The Sensex lost 1,235.1 points to end at 75,838.4 while the Nifty 50 shed 320.1 points to 23,024.7, with financial, energy, auto and IT shares being the biggest contributors to the slump.

Kaynes Tech
The company’s board is set to meet on Wednesday to consider a fund-raising plan.
Neuland Laboratories
The company’s board has approved a capex plan to the tune of Rs 342 crore.
Home First Finance
The NBFC’s board is set to meet on January 28 to consider a plan to raise funds through the QIP route along with the company’s quarterly results.
RailTel Corporation
The company has bagged an order worth Rs 46.8 crore from the Northwestern Railway.
MSTC
MSTC subsidiary FSNL’s strategic disinvestment transaction successfully concluded on Tuesday with the transfer of 100 per cent FSNL shares by the parent to Konoike Transport along with management control.
With this development, a new board, led by the strategic partner, takes charge of FSNL.
Nazara Tech
Eminent investor Madhusudan Murlidhar Kela’s name has appeared among the company’s shareholders with a 1.28 per cent stake held in Q3.
