The main land sale of 71 million dirhams in the fourth Al Thanyah area, followed by a pledge of 42 million dirhams in Al Barsha south of the fourth area, and then a 15 million dirhams mortgage in the Al Mamzar area.
The Al Habiyah Fifth District topped the region in terms of the number of loyalties with 35 promises worth 75 million dirhams, followed by the Al Yafra 2 area with 6 promises of 9 million dirhams, and the third in Jebel Ali First with 4 promises of 18 mio. dirhams.
In terms of the main sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 36 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area came as the main pledge, followed by a pledge of 28 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area and finally a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
The Business Bay region topped the region in terms of the number of pledges of fidelity to apartments and villas, with 56 pledges worth 62 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 51 pledges of 120 million dirhams, and the third in Wadi Al-Safa 5, with 40 pledges worth 73 million dirhams.
Mortgages registered a value of 323.83 million dirhams, including 13 mortgages in lands with a value of 77.88 million dirhams and 51 mortgages in villas and apartments worth 245.95 million dirhams, the most important of which is in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, with a value of 95 million dirhams, and another in the fourth Al Thanyah area with a value of 43 million dirhams.
Regarding the donations, 24 donations were registered worth 119.14 million dirhams, the most important of which are in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, with a value of 75 million dirhams, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area with a value of 12 million dirhams. .
