Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded to a tweet from the rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DN.Y. Friday night and told her she should “stop hitting me.”

Musk responded to a tweet from Ocasio-Cortez, expressing his frustration over the “massive communications platform.”

Ocasio-Cortez responded to Musk, saying “I was talking about Zuckerberg, but ok,” but deleted the tweet just under a minute after publishing it, according to a ProPublica project that tracks deleted tweets from politicians.

Musk’s comment comes a few days later Twitter announced that it agreed to be acquired by Tesla’s CEO for $ 44 billion.

After Twitter announced the deal, Tesla’s CEO said he looks forward to unleashing the company’s “enormous potential.”

“Freedom of speech is the foundation of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital urban space where issues crucial to humanity’s future are discussed,” Musk said. “I also want to make Twitter better than ever by improving the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeat spambots and authenticate all people. Twitter has enormous potential – I look forward to working with the company and community of users to unlock it. “
