DaBaby charged criminal battery for alleged video recording attack

Puha chile! DaBaby may be in hot water after an alleged attack on a music video recording! According to TMZ, DaBaby has been charged with crimes by the LA County District Attorney’s Office. This is reportedly over an incident from December last year in which Gary Pagar claims he suffered injuries while trying to prevent DaBaby and his crew from recording a music video on his property.

According to Gary, DaBaby and his crew agreed to keep the number of guests at 12 during their stay at his Los Angeles mansion in December. Gary says, however, that DaBaby violated their agreement when he had about 40 people in the house to record a music video. Gary tried to resolve the situation by talking to DaBaby, but was pushed to the ground by a member of his entourage

Gary claims DaBaby got out of a car, chased him back home and discouraged him from calling the police. It is alleged when he was attacked and left with a bloody mouth and missing tooth. Eventually, someone called the police, and DaBaby and his crew left the scene, allegedly taking Gary’s phone and “valuable kitchen utensils” with them.

Prosecutors also decided to charge Thankgod Awute for robbery. Thankgod allegedly participated in the beating before stealing Pagar’s phone to prevent him from calling police. .

The case also alleges that DaBaby left the site without paying the full bill. According to Gary, DaBaby and his crew damaged several things in the home, including a broken security camera, apparently in an attempt to hide their breach of the lease. Gary listed the total rental fees and damages at $ 117,910.48.
