Full synopsis:
When a group of rich 20-somethings are planning a hurricane party in a remote family mansion, a party game becomes deadly in this fresh and fun look at backstabbing, fake friends, and a party went very, very wrong …

“It’s a pressure cooker scenario, and Reijn makes creative use of the leap scare, but prefers to dive deep into his deeply devastated characters to increase the effort. In the most twisted and dirty way, it is deeply amusing with cutting observations of modern reactive tendencies over really listening. The cultural critique resonates, even though the characters themselves can polarize. “Cursed disgusting

“With a stellar twist ending, a strongly connected cast and a lot of humor (even if it all does not land) Body Body Body is a fun time. It’s a movie that throws itself directly into the chaos of legitimate rich kids on drugs, all of whom just pretend to like everything about each other, and that’s better for it. “8/10 But why Tho?

”… An inventive riff on Millennial and Generation Z basic tropics. Gender identity, sexuality, addiction and class struggles are often the fun, current fodder for the inherent mistrust that leads to a large part of the accident inside Bodies […] Halina Reijn has delivered a tense and boldly funny horror film that slams … “8/10 The Hollywood Outsider

“Reijn indulges in several longer recordings that give the performers an opportunity to drill into the nuances of their characters and add a bit of edge to the horror scenes. That, combined with the nervous iPhone lighting (the power goes off immediately), makes parts of Body Body Body credibly scary. These details also strengthen the film when its script turns out to be a bit shocking. “The Hollywood Reporter

“The lightning-fast dialogue of Body Body Body satirizes its disintegrating Gossip Girl wannabe group of friends while making it very fun to be with. Sennott steals the show and builds on her breakout filing Shiva baby […] Reijn gets the most out of the film’s individual setting with a swinging camera and emotionally charged close-ups. “

Body Body Body is a fun movie and worth watching, but I did not really have connection to this movie […] The biggest problem was that I had absolutely no empathy or connection with any of the characters, so there was no effort in their survival. But many of the performances were really amazing … ”The Scariest Things

“Fun, funny, surprising and sometimes even scary, Body Body Body will definitely itch for genre movie fans looking for something that can keep them guessing. Not quite horror and not quite comedy, but somewhere in between, this bloody mystery is just the ticket for people whose love language is to see rich, stunned lads turn on each other with a single hat. “Screen anarchy

“There’s a message buried somewhere in all this – about how today’s twenty people are too obsessed with creating demons, often out of thin air, and knocking them down. Still, it’s not like the film does not revel in in a way, the evil girl culture takes to its logical conclusion … “Variety
