Adjusting the timing of the movement of trucks and buses to transport workers under Eid Al-Fitr in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi police urged truck and bus drivers transporting workers (50 workers or more) to abide by the decision to ban movement on all roads and streets in Abu Dhabi Island, including the island’s entrances, including Sheikh Zayed Bridge, Sheikh Khalifa Bridge, The Musaffah Bridge and the Al Maqtaa Bridge under Eid Al Fitr, starting at 1 in the morning, Monday, May 2, 2022, until 6 p.m. 12.00 the same day.

Exempt from the ban are logistics support vehicles and public cleaning companies.

She indicated that a comprehensive traffic plan will be implemented, including the deployment of traffic patrols on all roads and the intensification of traffic management through smart systems, with the aim of ensuring traffic flow,
